How to Apply

Thank you for your interest in applying to RISE Hybrid Private Academy.

The online application includes student information, family information, and a $70 application fee. To begin your application in the late process please click the green button to the right. 

Specific documents required for each grade are listed on the application and may include the following:

• Teacher recommendations

• Transcripts from current and previous school year

The following will be scheduled if a spot opens up in the grade

• Student/parent meeting

• RISE Hybrid student assessment
